Opening Titles

3:18 is a short film completed in 2005 by Anthony Samangy and produced by Autumn Haze Pictures. More information is available at the 3:18 web site or at the Autumn Haze Pictures web site. Autumn Haze Pictures was formed in 2004 by Anthony Samangy, Thomas Loveman and Peter Sampson in Cleveland, Ohio to produce film/video projects as creative and unique as they are entertaining.

Behind the Design
The titles for 3:18 run over the opening set-up shots of the film and help to establish the urban surroundings and concept of movement. That movement comes to an abrupt halt when the main characters approach the red light. The text comes in and out in flashes of light foreshadowing the supernatural experience they are about to experience.
